Marketing Director

Marketing Director

The Homecare Marketing Liaison will drive business growth by meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Expand clients based and develops referral relationships with key targeted accounts such as but not limited to: councils on aging, case managers/discharge planners from hospitals, rehabs and nursing homes, assisted living, adult day care centers, geriatric physicians, elder law attorneys, assisted living, retirement communities, etc.
  • Understand local industry trends to represent and differentiate BIMMAC HOME CARE and its services in local market.
  • Articulate the benefits of private duty homecare services to both professional referral sources and consumers.
  •  Plan, coordinate and attend homecare fairs, events and related trade shows
  • Accurately generate required reports and documentation of sales activity including the Weekly Schedule, Pre-Call Plan, Marketing Action Plan and Sales Call Activity Log within designated timelines.
  • Utilize company resources to ensure an appropriate return on investment.
  • Become expert on major competitors and differentiators among them.
  • Develop the marketing action plan in concert with Director by assessing community needs, outlining marketing strategy/objectives, qualifying key accounts and identifying specific marketing action items with measurable goals.
  • Effectively communicate with the Agency team and referral sources.
  • Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees, clients and clients’ family members and provide a monthly report of his/her work.

Intern - Human Resources

In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and enhance your real-world work acumen by working with multiple functions within the broader HR team such as Employee Engagement, Benefits and Compensation.

  • Maintain all records in accordance with company policy and federal/state regulations
  • Complete onboarding of caregivers and facilitate all new hire training – includes collecting appropriate hiring documents and conducting verifications as needed
  • Participate in career fairs at CNA/HHA training schools and other locations as needed
  • Assist recruiting by conducting phone screens, interviews, and reference verification
  • Provide Director with vital feedback for caregiver performance & appraisals
  • Assist with day-to-day office and field responsibilities to ensure quality of services
  • Effectively help to maintain fully staffed schedules by hiring caregivers with relevant qualifications and availability to meet client needs
  • Assist with other tasks, as assigned
